The studio is beautiful, the instructors are amazing. The owner engages in classes with us… they set such a welcoming environment that you aren’t afraid to make mistakes. Finally a place like this in Brampton.
The instructors are amazing, very knowledgeable. The classes are challenging… they train with empathy, the perfect balance. Many available classes to match your schedule, I don’t see myself going to any other studio.
Went here for the first time and absolutely enjoyed my experience. Very beginner friendly if you don’t have experience on the reformer… the atmosphere and aesthetic was relaxing. Will definitely come again.
