We’re located at:

Please use the stairs or elevator to access the second floor.

Once upstairs, turn left. We’re the last door on the left. It is above the Pharmasave.

If you’re on the waitlist, you will be automatically added to the class if a spot opens up. Please ensure you remove yourself from the waitlist 12 hours before if you no longer want to attend that class. You can also get added overnight.

Can’t make it anymore? Please cancel at least 12 hours before to avoid a late cancel fee and free up the spot for someone else. If you cancel after the 12 hour gap you will be charged a cancellation fee of $15. If you no show for a class you will be charged a $30 fee.

Reformer Classes:

• Grip socks are mandatory. For safety and hygiene, bare feet are not allowed.
• Don’t have grip socks? We offer them for purchase at the front desk.

Mat Classes:

• Yoga mats are provided for all mat based classes.
• Please bring a mat towel to place on top of the mat for hygiene and grip.
• Forgot yours? We have mat towels available for rental or purchase at the studio.

Memberships start at CA$250/month for unlimited Reformer (Reformer Ritual) and CA$295/month for the All Access Pass, which includes Reformer, Mat, Hot Yoga and Red Light Therapy.

Lower rates are available on 3 month or 6 month commitments. Drop in classes, class packs and intro offers are also available online.

Yes. Red light therapy is available on both reformer and mat sessions per schedule, supporting recovery, energy, and skin health. Included with the All Access Pass and Reformer Ritual memberships.

Yes. Infrared heating runs throughout the studio. Heated classes range 30°C to 35°C depending on class style and intensity.
