## Memberships (CAD)

- **All Access Pass**: $295/mo unlimited (reformer, mat, hot yoga, red light therapy). $275/mo with 6 month commitment. 3 guest passes/month. No future price increases.
- **Reformer Ritual**: $250/mo unlimited reformer (incl. red light reformer). $225/mo with 3 month commitment. 2 guest passes/month.
- Drop in classes, class packs, and intro offers are available on the Momence booking platform.

## Booking

Classes are booked via the Contrology & Co. app (App Store / Google Play) or on Momence. Account required. Cancellations: free up to 12 h before class; $15 late cancel fee; $30 no show fee.

## What to bring

- Reformer classes: grip socks (mandatory; for sale at the front desk).
- Mat classes: mat towel (rental and purchase available).
